Ribbon Cutting for Family Options LLC

Family Options LLC is a much needed service not only in the Valley but everywhere, and the Greater Fresno Chamber Ambassadors received quite an education at the ribbon cutting. Ambassadors learned that Family Options LLC is an Adult Family Home Agency (AFHA). Family Options approves family homes which offer the opportunity for up to two adult individuals with developmental disabilities per home to reside with a family and share in the interaction and responsibilities of being part of a family. The individual with developmental disabilities receives the necessary service and supports from the family, agencies and the community to enable the individual to be a participating member of the family and the community where the family resides. The family home arrangement allows the sharing of food, shelter, experience, responsibilities and love. Family Options is responsible for recruiting, training, approving and monitoring family homes, as well as providing ongoing support to family homes. Family Options offers family in-home services and supports to adults with developmental disabilities. Family Options is committed to providing QUALITY services to individuals in a nurturing family environment. Family Options partners with the individual enrolled in the program, their family, regional center, and/ or community friends or groups to support a individualized plan of care for each client.
