4G Wireless had the ribbon cutting for its retail store on Thursday October 14th at 5:15pm. 4G Wireless is located near Marks & Shaw at 3140 West Shaw Ave., Suite 106 Fresno, CA 93711 ph# 559-277-5090.The Ambassadors of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce met Manager Pedro Gomez & many of their sales staff.
4G Wireless is a Verizon Premium Retailer & has been at this location for approximately two years but are happy to be new members of the Fresno Chamber!
As I spoke with Pedro it was apparent that he had a passion for customer service. His customers and the relationships that he & his staff create with them come first. He is proud of the fact that he knows each customer by name & upholds the policy of one on one attention. Pedro say he even conducts surveys with his customer base to make sure they are happy & the number one feedback he gets is the great personal attention that the customer receives at his store. When buying a smart phone, that some may feel has a learning curve, Pedro and his staff will spend 20 to 30 minutes training the customer on the functionality & capabilities of the phone. He says everyone can learn!
Pedro pointed out that 4G Wireless has highly competitive pricing and he encourages anyone shopping around to come see what they have to offer!
